SUNSET ON THE SQUARE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Bike Night with AIMS Gang on June 19th

Presented by Main Street Collierville
Title Sponsor- First Tennessee Bank

What a great time it was on the Square after the rainshowers earlier in the afternoon for the June 12th concert. Crowds began gathering at 5:00 p.m. to pick out a nice spot in the park and to enjoy the Wolf River Rednecks play country and blues.

AIMS Gang will return this year on June 19th offering their great sounds of classic rock. Originally formed in 1997 of local musicians, many of whom played with other bands in the 60s and 70s, the AIMS Gang progressed from the ultimate “garage band” to rapidly becoming known as one of Memphis’ ultimate party bands. The group performs music from the 50s through many of today’s songs, emphasizing classic rock and roll with a flair for the Memphis sound. The group has appeared at Beale Street’s Hard Rock Cafe, Silky O’Sullivan’s, and AutoZone Park for the Memphis Redbirds.

The June 19th concert also serves as the yearly “Bike Night” where motorcycle enthusiasts are encouraged to cruise down to the Square and enjoy the concert. Bike Night parking is available on the platform area close to the public restrooms with additional parking on Washington Street. Special thanks to our volunteer groups on site- Collierville Kiwanis Club, Ryan’s Hope and Family Violence Council.

The concert series is sponsored by our title sponsor First Tennessee and co-sponsor Back Yard Burger along with Entertainment sponsors, Lander’s Ford & Kaz’s Main Street Garage. Community sponsors Town of Collierville, Hart Properties, Baptist Hospital-Collierville, Rotary Foundation of Collierville, 20th Century Club of Collierville, Memphis Grizzlies, Dominoe’s Pizza, Pepsi Americas, Delta Fair, and KIS Golf Academy.

The park is handicapped accessible. Pets and alcohol are not allowed in the park area.
